The core field of practice of our firm is Tax Law; in the course of the years however the members of the firm have gained experience in various issues of Business Law that often concern companies.

Some issues we have dealt with:
- Greek Tax Law: tax compliance issues; tax incentives for large companies regarding the construction of buildings to be used as offices; litigation of issues such as the deductibility of expenses; penalties for the use of false and/or sham fiscal records; unconstitutional taxation of capital gains from the sale of shares not traded in a stock market; unconstitutionality of the special contribution of individuals (law 3758/2009); unconstitutionality of the special contribution of companies (law 3845/2010); interest that applies to claims of repayment of tax unduly paid; tax issues of sale and lease back contracts;
- EU Tax Law and International Tax Law: we have offered opinions and advise to foreign legal entities on various Greek tax law issues, such as: establishment in Greece; the creation and taxation of a PE in Greece; taxation of interest in Greece as a source state; taxation of royalties in Greece as a source state; triangular sales of goods from a non-treaty non-EU country; VAT issues;
- Other areas of public law: public finance issues; social security issues;
- Public Procurement: legal representation in litigation concerning the interim protection in the award of pubic contracts;
- Experience in EU funded programs:
- In 2016-2017: Participation of our member, Aikaterini Perrou, as Short Term Expert in the Twinning Light Project E.C. MK, Skopje "Further Harmonization of the Tax Legislation with EU Acquis". Providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia on direct taxation issues and tax procedure.
- In 2017-2020: Participation of our member, Aikaterini Perrou, as Project Leader and Short Term Expert in the Twinning Project AZ/13/ENPI/FI/01/17 (AZ/50) “Support to the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Transfer Pricing and Developing Anti-Tax Avoidance Measures".
